Setting up your dirtbike for sand

These are some great tips for setting up your bike for the sand. 

 

Obviously a paddle tire is needed in the dunes. An 8 cup paddle is still one of the best tires to run on a 450 or larger cc bike at Dumont.

I've never put too much thought into adjusting the suspension for sand, but I think it would definitely help in the dunes. You want to keep that front end light. I think a steering stabilizer would be another good thing for this list. Still need to get one on the 500 for this season.
