HarleyR Posted June 10, 2007 Share Posted June 10, 2007 Recently I have been kicking around the idea of putting some brighter lights on the old LTR. I dont really like the little bullet lights im thinking something more along the lines of something you'd see on the front of a locomotive Friends from work do some night trail riding from Vegas to Good Springs plus its a good way not to end up as a hood orniment on a rail..I can fab up anything to mount them to the bike using push pins and a little 4130... trqjnky Posted June 11, 2007 Share Posted June 11, 2007 turd, HID lights take about 25% of the power that regular lights use. so if you switch to hids, you can actually use more hids in the same stator than regular halogen lights.. trailtech lights....
