Air intake system has been rerouted and re-engineered to the forward compartment, resulting in much quieter operation.

New hand operated parking brake (no more crappy foot parking brake) Awesome acceleration, it's quite easy to break the rear end loose around corners with just a hit of the throttle. Half-shafts have been beefed up drastically. The frame is all new, out of 22 frame fitments, none are the same as the XTX.

This machine loves being aired out over jumps. The test machines received more abuse during the Dealer Show than you can give them in 2 years. They were jumped, slid around corners, run thru whoops at speed... Thanks to the A/C guys for not black flagging everyone on the track...

According to the engineers, it will run every bit of 70mph. And as the other brands up the ante, A/C said they will turn up the power on the 951. One of the engineers stated that they can easily change a few things and up the power by 30-40percent.

Nice! 70 MPH too :)

I wonder what Yamaha is gonna do? I don't see anything new in their 09 line up.

Well Yamaha? You gonna do something or just lay there and bleed?

Arctic Cat has definitely gone big! That is very cool for sure. Can-Am isn't going to happen until 2010 model.

It will be interesting to see how much they have changed the frame and the center of gravity on the Prowler. I was not a big fan of how high the 700 sits.
