For me this weekend was much better than last prez day, for others maybe not so much. I didnt break my quad or myself so right there, that's a great weekend. Nice to meet and hang out some more DDR people. Vegas Style, Wsky70 (woody) both of the Dooners, YFZchick (wow can she sober up fast).

It was just a little ways away from the North Pole. Go back to comp hill from NP and stay on flat ground. Keep looking to your right. You will see it. Looks like a little plateau and then a tall hill behind it. There was some rails jumping too, then some quads chimed in. Very cooool stuff!!

Had a great time out there, weather was beautiful, good food and good brew . Got to meet a few DDR peeps, you know who you are . Next time, I'm packin' mace for Indy , sorry Woody, in advance . Comp hill on Sat. night was chaotic . Choppy sand sucks but managed to get in a few good rides .

Well was trying to just go home and just stopped at the light to go over 95 on Cheyenne infront of olive garden and BAMMMM!!! I was used as a set of brakes by a Nissan Altima.

Good ole tough trucks, only ended up with a bent bumper and hitch. That is why I always leave my ball in the receiver.

It just so happens that I have a bumper off my '04 that should fit yours in my garage that I'm looking to sell real cheap...was gonna post an ad in here, but if you're interested pm me. I suppose you'll let their ins. co handle it though...

that's my route exactly...used to go thry the Red Rock loop, thru Tecopa. Too many traffic lights for me now with the growth. Living @95 & N Durango it's about 130 miles door to dune, and about 85 miles to Amargosa.

I saw that crew at the pay station as I was leaving on Sunday...whole lot of 'em.
