  1. skat trak is going to be the only company i found that makes paddles for all the varying kids quads 6,7 and 8 inch rims. and probably the best to buy because of the weight issue of paddle tires versus the power coming out of these little quads. i know itp makes sandstars for the rear but they are heavy in comparison to a skat trak. itp is the only company that makes a front sand tire for 90 quads unless you have skat trak do custom work on buffing them down to smoothies. i have both sets for my daughters raptor 80 and it had always lacked in horsepower so extra rotational weight is a major set back for these little machines. even on my other daughters 4-zinger 60 her little 6 inch paddles made a difference when roaming around the dunes.

west coast minis out of AZ sells sand snakes for minis I got a set when I bought my sons 90 there. I dont know that they are that good though the paddle is only about 3/4-1" tall probably the lesser, any way they were reasonable and decent. just not the best, .02

  2. Seriously :beercheers::undecided::laughing: WTF Is the matter with people they are just disrespectful pigs now a days. We need a banner on the trucks or something when we go to comp that says "please take your trash with you if you like duning here" Trash is a great excuse to close Dumont, Dont let that happen. That may have been a little nicer than what I would really like to put but maybe that would make the SWINE think :banghead:

  3. No prob, Mike. :finger: BTW, what kind of truck do you have? gas, diesel? Ford, Chev, Dodge?

I can arrange to help you out one day after work next week if that is a good time for you. What brand kit are you going with?

I have a ford f250 gas v10 :cripple: had I only known I should have got the diesel. But owell. I am getting a JBA kit for itI will give you a call when you get back from dumont.

    thanks mike.

PS will they allow a Ford in your shop they are kind of intimidating ya know :finger:

  4. what kind of qoutes did you get? I make exhuast all the time, mostly turbo systems but I do na exhuast sometimes. From the prices I know, I d say its a lot less expensive then a typical cat back.

The prices I was getting aroud here were like 475.00 one was 425.00 + labor. I can get it online for 311.00 OTD no shipping charges.

  5. I moved it for ya. :dunno:

If it is just a bolt on kit, I might be able to help you out, Mike. :headbang1: I can throw it up on a lift at work and have it done in minutes. :D

I will research it and find out if its bolt on or weld. I will let you know. thanks.

  6. I am thinking of buying an exhaust system online from a company. It s way cheaper than the quotes that I got from some shops. Does anyone know where I could go to have it installed and what they would charge approx. I want to see if I would be better off just paying the higher price. It is just a cat back single system .

    any info would help.

    wrong forum :dunno:

  7. Does anyone own or know someone that owns a Gorilla cart. they are out of tuscon AZ? I was just curious to see what there opinions were and if they like them or not. They make nice carts but they are pricey.

  8. I have the same problem 10 gal. they have been in my garage for over a year, what the hell do you do with it :dunno: I could think of a few places I would like to pour it on and light it but that would not be nice. not to mention I could get into a little trouble at work for that . :headbang1: If you hear of anything let me know.

  9. All this talk about batteries and longer run times had me thinking. Does anyone use an inverter? If so is it worth the $$ and worth the work?

I just looked at a WW23FB for sale on GD.com and he had an inverter set up and it said it would run the TV and lights. What, and how many things will they run and for how long? What size is a good size and it it just better to get a protable Generator or go the inverter route? :thumb: :shocked2:

  10. 6 volt batteries are desoigned to recharge faster and more completely than 12 volt batteries. If you hook up 6 volt batteries you will be a very happy camper. I changed my system on my first motorhome and on every RV since. Battery problems are not a concern because of this. Just maintain them and you will love them. There's a battery store on Craig just east of 15. There prices are pretty good.

Does changing the system involve anything other than switching the batteries and running them in series? do you have to change fuses or anything?

  11. Holy Crap!! I didn't know that any company these days actually would stand by a product. I think I have wasted a few years of my life arguing with almost everybody that performs a service or I purchase something from. It just seems that everyone lies or doesn't care about you once you have spent your money and they will give you the runaround till you quit. THAT IS AWSOME I HAVE HEARD ALOT OF GREAT THINGS ABOUT SU AND THEY DESERVE THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR THAT :thumb: :shocked2:

  12. Ok Im not real schooled in batteries and electrical systems for RV'S :laughoff: . But why would you want a 6 volt battery instead of a 12 volt :laughoff: . I thought six volt was old technology :thumb: and 12 was better????? :finger: :fro:

    Please help me understand.....

  13. I know this has been discussed alot, as far as what shops to go to but does anyone know where to go for kids gear? Somewhere that has a good selection and good prices? I would just go online but boots are something I want to try on. Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks :thumb::finger:

  14. Don...I know it was your opinion and you are entitled to that. There is a way of saying things without name calling like this...

    :shocked2:

No, Mike...it was mostly directed at Don. :drinkbeer:

Ok cool. bad Don  Just kidding

  15. How many times have I asked you guys to keep your drama off this site!?? There will be no personal attacks or bashing of companies here on DDR. I am not taking any sides. All you have to say is that you wouldn't recommend the place. This kind of behavior is not tolerated on here and you know that!

SORRY IF I WAS BAD :dunce:  IM A :loser: I HOPE I DONT :dunno: ANY WAY :drinkbeer::thumbsdown: :shocked2: ITS ALL GOOD :thumb:
