Ha ha, looking at your pics and was thinking how much it looked like the hills around the race track this weekend, at Lake Elsinore and then saw your avatar. Did you go to the track last weekend? Anyway, I took some sunset pics at the beach with bumped up k settings to see what happened, this is 1 of them.

Panning shots with a good motion blur in the background is pretty tricky. You did great on that second one, Pete. I'd lighten up the 1st one just a tad. Good job though! How did you like that lens?

it was ok, just a little soft on the high end ..I think that i would like to try the 100-400 next time just need a little more zoom...got a pretty good shot of "Tom -Tkriley" this is my first try at panning.The 100 mph is not to hard too shot.. but the 200 mph boats

Got to spend two days with the family down in hunnington beach, ca and it was some good quality time spent with my kid's as well..

Just got a smokin deal on a canon 30d for $400.00 and i'm in the market for a camera lens now...

Getting a camera is the easy part..but lens shopping sucks a$$.. just don't know where too start so many lens out there I thinking of start off with a good starter lens, just don't know what that is

My dad is a real a$$ when it comes tipping...when he get's seated at a table. He pulles out a stack of one dollar bills and fan's them out like playing cards in clear sight on the table so the waiter or waitress can see..

If they don't keep his glass full the fan get's smaller..If it takes to long for the food or it's cold it's getting smaller and so on..it was so embarrassing when we were kid's.But it work's and he get's his point across
