  1. cadillac fleetwood MOHO!!!........ you should have sprung for the El Dorado!! LOL!!!

    on a side note, i was at the track for the weekend first trip out with the new hauler and 4 new 6V batteries, and they are champs! even when my "dummy" lights said that they were down to "fair", i put a meter on them and the still read 12.7 volts. i hit the gen. button and it cranked right over fast as ever. 6v is the only way to go.

  2. Not too well. It works great when you have good 3G signal, but that is very spotty out at D. I thought it only needed GPS to work. I think it's because it needs to access the internet for the satellite images for the map. undecided.gif

    It is very accurate to your location WHEN you have good signal. Oh well. It's still fun to play with.

    i sent you a text over the weekend, i was at the track, and looked on there and it showed you between the two finger dunes.

  3. i will be at the drag races on hlloween but i can send it up there with someone, in fact if steve is goin, i can send it with him, i need to meet up with him anyway.

    steve if you go let me know and i will meet up with and get your stuff for you and give you this part buddy!

  4. chopper get ahold of me, i talked to West over at Walker about thirty thousand times in the past few days, and i have a little info for ya, (julie and i are hauler shopping too, now we are waitin on the credit union to give it their blessing..lol) he and i talked a bit about what your lookin for and what your drivin. hit me up

  5. i am out of donor parts!...lol i have this setup for julies 70 also. i bought a couple beater chinese quads from a lady in pahrump, for 150 bucks a peice, and i stripped them for parts. after some machine work and some experimental cutting, it actually started to come together pretty well. find some donor parts and lets do another one! lol

  6. So i set up a disc brake on julies 70 awhile back and after going out saturday and playin, i decided that i need one too. got everything cut out, ground down, and bolted into place tonight, now i need to ditch the red paint on the caliper, paint the hub. and basically "clean" it all up now. no more "barking seal" sound from the original drum set-up hopefully!

    haha....they wernt running at the time of the pic, they had put them all in the waiting room cuz the company was on the way to pick them up.

    oh .... did i miss the sarcasm!...lol.

  8. so an office i do service in, had a 1 1/2 water line in the mechanical room break sometime during the weekend, and on monday mornig they showed up to find water coming out the front door! 3 inches of standing water, in a 2700 sq ft office, wall to wall to wall to wall. so when i arrive to remove some damaged equipment, there is a company there, removing the water and placing floor dryers in the office. this company had truck mounted vacs to get the bulk of the water out, then they placed 38! floor dryers, and 3 de-humidifiers in the building. the floor dryers and de-humidifiers were rented to the office by the day for monday and tuesday, the company plugged them, and set them on the floor throughout the office for 48 hours. here is why i am in the wrong business!

    EACH floor dryer..... 200 dollars per 24 hour period!

    EACH de-humidifier....400 dollars per 24 hour period!

    2 DAYS!= 17600.00!!!!!!!

    and the kicker on top of that, i looked on airmovers.com.....the dryers range from 159.00 to 249.00 for the ones they had there!
