When you say "Just about had to give it away" is that becasue the 6.0 is a POS? I seen a nice one for cheap but the stories here scare me, I am sure they are good trucks as long as you service them? right?
Mine had 57K only problem was turbo went bad @ 30K. They seem to be riliable when stock, my cousin blew a head gasket and they had to remove the cab of the truck to fix it... :ah:

Just picked up a new 08 LOADED superduty on fri. (all right, lets hear it Ford haters). Checked all 3, out Ford came in at about $8500 back of invoice... Just about have to give away the 04 6.0 but I had ZERO issues with it so it's going to a buddy. The 6.4 hauls the mail compared to the 6.0..

We will be out if I can figure out how to program my sattelite for Dish if not it is off to G to use the antenna...

Damn that would be fun, wifes 40th that weekend. Big regatta in march down in G for the 70's as well..

Sounds more electrical than fuel to me, just based on what you've written. Maybe the CDI is getting heat-soaked, or something's not making a good connection?
I had an '05 Yamaha Raptor 350 that had me chasing a rough idle/stall issue for two years... through process of elimination (a very expensive process) I finally isolated the problem to the stator. What a friggin' PITA, glad I sold it.
Anyway, good luck to you, I hope you get it figured out!
^^I'd have to agree. Have had same style of problem on 3 different bikes, stator, stator and yep you guessed it stator...Good luck.

I need a new job, live in so cal and have a driving licence. Hook me up?
I dont finance my equipment Seriously though Barstow to Redlands would be a 1.4 hour commute..

We lived in Redlands for 3 years, husband worked on the 7 Oaks Dam Project. It was a nice little town when we where there.
Thanks, cool town for sure. Just up by 7 oaks dam last night, we ride mtn bikes on the hills around it a few times a week. Had a lot of friends on that job.

That really sucks, in our area they are talking about cutting positions in public schools and increasing class size. My kids go to private school as it is, but the economy is effecting them as well, people just cant afford the expense.
-
just did mine 6% to 4.75 zero points 3k (1 point will get you 4.25) in costs though. Will break even in 20 months, after that saving $$$

We will be out there fo sho!!

CORR is done.. It is definately going to get worse. Just wait till businesses have to pay their tax obligations for 2008 (which slowed down @ the end of the year) with their income from 2009. LOTS of businesses going bye bye
