We had an awesome time out at dumont this past weekend, met a few people and enjoyed some beer. Taught the little one more about her quad and tried to enjoy the dunes. Does anyone know how to get ahold of the crew that was taken the pictures at comp hill? Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone that was injured over the weekend. I look forward to coming out and helping on clean up day.

We pulled in around 3 on friday afternoon, the dunes seemed amped with people and i couldnt wait to unload and go for a ride. Shortly after buying a new flag from vendors row we got word that my niece flew over a hill and flipped the quad a few times. The rangers were awesome to us (this night) and brought her back to camp so she could then go go Pahrump's hospital and get xrays. Other than a few scratches and being sore she was fine and stayed with my grandma until sunday. Seeings how we had so much excited with my niece, we only went for 1 short ride then had to come back in and get everything situated for dinner and bed. We camped my pooper number 10 and id have to say the bathrooms were awful! Good thing we brought extra TP :poop: Saturday was a fresh day and we enjoyed some nice riding. Later that night we lite up the sky with beautiful fireworks. Needless to say our fellow neighbor campers didnt like it and snitched on us. Then the rangers perceeded to try and arrest a few of us.. Good thing we know some people in high places and only got off with a few tickets.. Other than some good beer and a bunch of candy our trip was AWESOME! The kids had a lot of fun on halloween night and we cant wait to do it again for thanksgiving. Maybe this time we will catch up with you all at south pole since i found it..

Thanks for the info Hopefully i will be able to find it and meet some of you guys. We are parking around pooper number 10 if yall wanna come by for some cold beer or if you have little ones trick or treating we will have plenty of candy.

Were is the south pole? Ive ran into it by accident but cant remember how to get there?

This is great information. I just recently joined DDR website and im ever so glad i did. We come to Dumont almost every major holiday and always wondered about the big mc flurry. This year we will be joining in on the fun of trick or treating with my 4yr old daughter. Cant wait to come out and have some fun. We as well will have people at our campsite handing out candy! :trickortreat:

This is great, we used these showers while in Sturgis this past August. They were kept very clean and the guy running it was great. Cant wait to get a shower on Halloween weekend.
