  1. Race, did u say race? Always ready~ hee hee.
  2. Hey Guys & Gals, I regret that we won't be at the cleanup this year. We, well me- has always had a fun time in Dumont doing these. One time it's hot, one time sprinkles and cold but still fun times. Met a few of ya too! Baseball season starts and our first game is 3/15. Duning less and less these days as, baseball is taking over and kid's are running our lives a bit lately. No complaints though as some of ya know us. Hope it's big cleanup & a success as always and, hope to play with you guys again soon. Cat~
  3. Hope the injured party heals quickly. Glad there is help though with the camp host and Rhino. Didn't look like a panic situation in the video though. Sometimes they take precautions and move a victim slowly so it doesn't cause more damage. One of my friends was life flighted out of Glamis for a possible broken neck to Yuma- he ended up going home late that evening and with a slight fractured vertabrea. I wasn't there to see this one - so not sure how bad of an outcome. We hope as duners all get well soon.
  4. Thanks Brandon, Eyes in Oceano are great. Also anyone riding around neighborhood w/new quads! Keep eyes out.
  5. No not mine. But a family members! ;( They were in a locked gated yard construction yard. They broke through the gates towed out the trailer. Got trailer and another car back... but not the mom's car and kids quads. Cowards! They also have a storage indoor place where they go.. but they took them inbetween trips! Some one was watching! Insured yes. Still doesn't matter all want it back. Any help is appreciated!

  8. Oh much better picture and clearer too- than the ones I took last year! Ours were at night after we all ate and drank too! HA HA. Then the weather was a factor as well.. cold drizzly. Was there a cake this time??? Sorry we missed it this year, son had first baseball game of the season and starter pitcher so we had to stay home. Yahoo... he hit 2 homeruns too! Proud momma~ Hope all had a safe trip!
  9. Really.. a picture is worth a 1000 words. 'Whips' comes to my mind. They must have fallen and broke the whip. I've done that before on my dirt bike in the dunes. Now they at least know.. it is possible to lose a whip and not KNOW IT?!! ha ha.
  10. Oh my... just thought of my hubby for this. 5' 9''.. think he is a 31' waist but can stick his stomach out to a 32'' waist. Suit size is in that range. Oh no.... now he really is going to get a swelled head. Ha ha. If we make it out will ask where is the photo shoot??
  11. Anthony, Our family will send prayers of strength to you and Omar's family. It takes a lot of strength to get through losing a loved one so quick. My brother broke his neck on a quad at 21. We thank God every night that he is still here with us. He just lives a different life now and rides on 2 wheels daily ( a wheel chair ). You just never know God's plan. Make the most of each day.. hug all you can and enjoy life. We have learned to live this way. Just know your sand brother's and sisters - wish you all well. God Bless, Cathi, John, Brian and Brenna Begin
  12. Thanks everybody for all sets of eyes! The rail and dirt bike were recovered because so many took the time to look at the flyer!! See here for recovery details! http://www.glamisdunes.com/invision/index....howtopic=100515 Wow.. also thanks all who wouldn't of took the reward. Pretty cool to know there are soo many great people out there. We all are stoked beyond compare! Just unbelievable it all came together and Matt has the car back. Trailer is still missing.. so if anyone shows up w/a new to them trailer.. hum! Email me. Yes, the reward is getting paid, OP.
  13. Thanks everybody on Dumont Dune Riders! It was so great to see how everyone everywhere no matter where all dune came together to get this buggy and dirt bike back. Only thing still out there... is the 24' white Universal trailer. Still gone. See this link for details on recovery. http://www.glamisdunes.com/invision/index....howtopic=100515 Just amazing how our off road and sand community came together and scouted out the buggy!! We are all so very stoked to have the car back and in one piece.
  14. Good looking out.. YES- we (S/U) puts the polished skid plates on the Ultra Lights, Sand Pro 2 and Sand Pro 1 & SP Lights. The mid engine's have a slight different skid plate. Can tell our cars from the ~SU~ on the skid plates! Many of the other builders are now doing it as well. OP ~~ Are ya down with the Opp? Hey valid question, but paying the money or reward is the last of the guys worries. He loves that car -it has memories, it's his and he is comfortable driving the lil rocket and has the best times in it. He wants it back. I don't know all the details on the reward... but paying it, is no worry. He is good for it. Find the car and then let's talk. This whole family has given so much money back to the Duners Community and For it... that really there is no worries. Now that - that has been answered. Next.... This duners community- from Tx,MI,AZ, CA and even in MX as a whole are just great! Eyes are everywhere.. I wouldn't want to be the one caught with it. Glad I've made some relationships along the way... it's great to have friends who help in the time of need. Awesome, awesome.
