Who's going this year?
We're only going to the show for most of Saturday and then the rest of the weekend will beach, bars, and playing it by ear.
i'm there. i was hoping i could get roy out there, but it doesn't seem likely. i ran into howie on the jobsite, he'll be there on sunday for the deals. i'll be there saturday, possibly friday evening as well.

Very nice!!!
What would be a beginner cost to put a R1 in a Rhino (ballpark)

joe and his buddy helped me out a couple of times, came over swiftly. he gave me a good price on a pair of new units that i didn't take advantage of. kudos.
-
awesome pics. i caught a glimpse of the light show on the ride home.
-
that's laughable, no further comment.
back on topic.

you're forgetting the essence of why this country was founded. Vick did a horrible thing, and paid a debt to society, and will continue to for a very long time. justice served. if you don't believe in the american legal system, you're not an american.
for the record, i can't stand vick, or either of the teams he plays/played for.
back on subject. =)~

it would be nice to go.. work might slow down enough by then to let me go.
-
bears.. but i'm more of a hockey and baseball fan. blackhawks! cubs! yesha.

What the eff do you do that you have to work (and are still working) that much. Damn bro, I need some of those hours.
Billboard industry is somewhat steady I guess. 1st and last of the month is usually pretty good and the middle slows down where I work about 30 hours a week by working at the yard untill they kick me out. We got busy this week and I will work at least 35 hours.
union marble mason by trade. currently i run a marble shop, and manage a project at city center.
-
i worked 94 hours last week. this week and the next five weeks look to be much the same. hopefully soon i'll be down to 70-80 hours per week for the rest of the year.
next year is looking to only be 40 hours a week throughout.. after the last 3 years it'll be much welcomed.

i just had pizza! at sunset pizza off of sunset and eastern

I am glad that I am not or :flatbiller: or :B that way I can't be blamed for anything.
i brought a co-worker out for his first trip to the dunes last night.. he's a black dood. at the end of the night, he put his trash in the back of his truck. he never asked. black, white, brown it's common sense.
this has been debated before many times. it's not the people who frequent the forum that litter. i've gotten to the point that i'm not calling people out anymore, or taking silly pictures of trash.. i just pick it up, it's simple and easy and it's a good break from riding.
some people need to quit acting as if they're owed something because they went out of there way for someone else. thank you, we appreciate it so feel good about it, okay?

i was pulled over.....and they let me go with a warning for no lights.
our camp got a headlights warning as well, we're all in our 30's, some of us almost 40 right roy? heh.
-
John from Sand toyz unlimited pulled them up there for us.
Everyone should thank him or get your next part from him.
purchased plenty from john, and will purchase plenty more. hope he's at the SSSS again this year.

i hadn't had a day off in about a month or so, 12-16 hour days, left the job at 11:30 am yesterday and decided to go.. (easy decision).
only stayed about four hours but it was mucho fun. i spent most of that time hot-lappin' a motor that shouldn't be hot-lapped, but it held up as usual.
my only complaint: understood the rangers have a job to do, by all means do your job i understand, but they shouldn't treat grown folk like adolescents. it was a little irritating being scolded as if we were juveniles.

definite no to riding near sunset and pabco.. i loved riding there. carey hart had carved a nice track out there many moons ago, fun track to navigate.

I swore I just saw a post that had the little lady in her Jeep and it said wife-to-be. Maybe it was an old post and I didn't realize it. Well then... :angry2: :blonde: :blonde: :dumbass:
when i read your post i figured that was what you were referring to, but when i read the responses i thought that i missed something heh.
INCOMING THREAD HI-JACK!!! (sorry) how's the pregnancy comin' along? we're havin' a boy. =)~ a little baby salvatore!

the orange and black dunkel hauler was pretty sweet.. $500k is hefty though.
non sand related, but the challenger with the modified fenders and super deep wheels at the rbp booth was interesting.
