5er rail instructions ?

Please help me out... I am looking for an instruction manual to mount the rails for a fifth wheel hitch into the back of a 2004 F250, I would prefer a PDF file if anyone could scan their instructions, or has a link to them I would really appreciate it!!!! Thanks for looking and I will post when I have the instructions if it isn't already obvious

this video is for a Railless system, I want the rails... I am going to fabricate some racks to pin on the the rails for tires, gas and coolers.... so that they will not slide around and can be pulled out of the bed as a unit

Seen plenty of chase trucks since last Tues, Vegas 2 Reno, most were going too fast to see anything unless it was ours with the trailered truck behind it, out after day 1.
