Maier plastic paint code?

Has anyone ever had the Maier blue plastics paint matched? I tried to get the paint today and the paint supplier wanted a $25.00 paint matching fee! Any help would much appreciated.

It's very hard to match it because those blue plastics change color in different lighting. I had Kens Colors match mine and it came pretty close.
