Sand Fest is the 1-5 in Winchester Bay, and i looking to stay away from that as I want to ride, and not where it's super busy. I am considering sometime from the 6th and before the 19th with a couple days in florence and sometime in winchester after sandfest. We are looking for where we are going to stay in florence so figuring that out will most likely decide our specific dates. Most likely going to be August 22nd & 23rd in Florence and August 24th in Winchester. if Winchester isn't too busy and we still want to ride we may stay longer in Winchester.
