FSA "Rumble in the Desert" on the 16th has been canceled

This is kind of a bummer for me....I've never seen one of these events before and was looking forward to watching.

I read it was a permit issue. Pretty sad if that's the case, I know they work hard to put on a safe event that abides by the BLM guidelines.

I feel bad for the people that spent so much money to get their equipment ready to go, many took time off, some had already purchased plane tickets. It's not like business is going to get any better for the money being brought in to the BLM by enthusiasts due to the economy and gas heading in the wrong direction again.
