zoom-zoom-Suze Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 We are from Fresno area headed to Dumont for Thanksgiving~ We heard there is a water truck that delivers water now~ Is this true? How much per gal? Do they also dump/pump trailer tanks??? Thanks in advance for any help, Suze Quote
ntrsandman Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 A lot of people fill w/water at the Volero in Baker. Get ice and can dump garbage and waste tanks as well. I have never seen a pismo like "yo banana boy" at Dumont. Or even a waste tank pump truck. Baker is only 35 miles from the dunes. Most will bring extra water as well. Even in a standard rv, that has smaller fresh and waste water tanks, can last a 4 day stay W/O problems. If you conserve. Have fun dunin'! Quote
dunefreak Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 I have heard of a service that does that, but have never seen them at Dumont. As for getting water and dumping in Baker. Good luck over T-Day weekend. It's gonna be crowded there. Quote
