    Breezy Chilly Morning

    Overall conditions: good
    It's breezy (no W word allowed), as you can see by the flags and chilly! Sweatshirts and long pants a must! FINALLY! Now it feels like Dumont dune season! Could use a little less breeze! Turkey is thawed and ready for tomorrow! Time to say screw the W let's RIDE!!

    It's a perfect 65°. Some rain sprinkles early this morning but it has cleared up and is perfect. Dunes are slightly chopped up and amazing. Still some perfectly smooth spots here and there

    Great Skies And Empty Dunes

    Overall conditions: great
    Duners are already starting to roll in for the holiday and the camp area has quite a few people. Sunday morning there was a little bit of rain and there was some afternoon winds. The sunsets were incredible this weekend. 
     


    The Beasts First Sunset

    Overall conditions: epic!
    Slight breeze about 10 mph about 60 degrees and the sun is making its way to the other side of the world.
    Been a long time but it still feels like home! The beast is impressive, gobs of power and suspension soaks everything up. I think it's more fun than the car especially in 2 wheel drive and no paddles. If you're not here your missing an epic weekend !

    Starting To Heat Up

    Overall conditions: great
    It's already 84 degrees out here. The W blew all night, groomed the dunes right back up. Mike decided to take the Maverick for a run this morning. 
    There's tracks, but the sand is soft and dry. Good runs and good sand all weekend.

    Gorgeous Sunset

    Overall conditions: epic!
    A nice 74° right now. Light breeze, making it awesome out. Dunes were mostly smooth today. About 20 total vehicles at Comp as of about an hour ago, including our 6. Couldn't ask for better weather. A little overcast either with the clouds opening up a bit laster in the afternoon.

    Dunes Were Groomed Last Night

    Overall conditions: great
    The big W came in the middle of the night, swept the dunes clean. It was cloudy and breezy this morning. Still cloudy but warm. Dune conditions awesome! Another EPIC 3 hr Joe Duner run! Hit every section of sand. 
     
     

    A Bit Toasty

    Overall conditions: great
    Today was a bit on the toasty side. We stayed in camp and played some corn hole for the warmer afternoon time.  Dune conditions are pretty good. Many more camps rolled in today. Sunset Run was an EPIC Joe Diner run!

    Road coming in was good, weather last night around the campfire perfect, has to put a sweatshirt on. This morning slightly breezy, nothing too bad. Sun is shining. Dunes looked groomed with some tracks. About 20 camps currently. Coffee is hot and breakfast is on... Gotta go, so we can lay down some tracks!
     

    Wind Is Whipping Out Here!

    Overall conditions: bad
    Just in time to get the heck out. You can't even see across camp. There are 20-30 mph winds blowing dust everywhere.
     
    On a good note, the road is in excellent shape.
