Baker, CA gets it's first traffic signal

Expect to see a traffic light next time you roll through Baker. I don't see the need for it, but it sounds like it has to do with $$$ for the business owner of the travel plaza on that corner. If any intersection needs one, it would be at the 127 near the Mad Greek.
