Here are a couple of my concerns. I never saw them or the first guy there that, I think said I'm an EMT didn't stabilize his cervical spine and let someone take his helmet off. I thought that the film ran the entire time. Maybe I'm wrong. Then the time it took for the guys to get out of the rail and get to the victim. I'm also confused that they didn't have O2 to administer or start an IV of Normal saline to prevent shock, especially since someone said he was in and out of consciousness (sp) Just some amature questions from an old man. Possibly they were just Basic Life Support Personnel and not advanced Life Support certified. Maybe it's only paramedics that can do that stuff. As you said at least he made it with minor injuries
