Hard to say but I would prepare for it just in case. Also, I heard it's down to one lane both directions at all times so even when they aren't blasting it gets pretty backed up at times.1 point

Anyone need a Dumont Halloween pass? Free of course, would hate to just pay $40 and not be used - Unfortunately for us some stuff came up and we are unable to make it. 😫0 points
