  6. Sounds like you have a fair deal on the table but I am actually looking for cash to maybe by a new buggy
  7. I agree with your comment of the openings in metro not appropriate in this time. Though I understand it wasnt meant to be bad but you do have some law enforcement on this site and it sounds bad. Police officers do not die every day and when they do it is a big deal especially when its such a senseless act of violence by worthless gang bangers. I feel for the officers friends and family.
  8. pullin out the rzr. lol sorry rzr guys j/k

  12. I noticed it when I started my truck after stopping at mountain springs saloon.after driving down the road it quit even when stopped at lights. Oil pressure is still perfect. It has overhead cams and doesn't have hydraulic litters but that is exactly what it sounds like. I thought the same thing so that's why im now thinking the valves need shimed. Thanks for the input everyone.
  13. I have a 2000 Toyota Tundra and was coming back from dumont this weekend when I noticed what sounded to be a loud knocking sound or ticking coming from motor. I checked oil it was good not overheating and when you get rolling down the road it goes away and starts running smooth. Has great power still and runs like a champ other than the ticking. It sounds like its coming from the drivers side valves. I took it to dealer mechanic he seemed to pretend he knows what hes talking about Im no mechanic but I know he didnt know what was up. So any mechanics out there think its a valve adjustment issue and if so where should I take it to be done thats affordable and trust worthy. If any toyota techs would like to help me out with this issue it would be appreciated trying to make it to the dunes all winter.

  19. I have a nylon roller setup on my sandbullet right now just trying to switch it to something else. I am tired of changing these rollers out every three trips. I am looking to see if anyone has anything different out there that they have better luck with. I was thinking of useing a sprocket tensioner instead but I believe it will heat the chain more than I want. If not where can I get these nylon rollers at in vegas, I am getting them from a builder in cali but want a place in vegas. thanx for the help. i will get pics of my setup as soon as I put it back together
