maybe more pep need to go to the meeting when is it. and if nothing can be done buy bring up the problems then we need to go over there heads and file complaints with the right pep or agency. the leo s are there to serve and protect. every one has to answer to some one and only when enough pep complain. will something be done remember they work for us the people not just the blm.

how is it not the sand rails fault the rail came down a hill at high speed and wheeled into a area that is used as parking and the, coming and going for the pep that come to comp . the driver had the birds eye of his surroundings he made a choice to put him self and other pep in danger by his actions. i have had rails and quads so its not a quad sand rail thing it about being stupid . so sad that some one had to die over a vary bad decision.

wow you make it sound like every one out there are druged out gun holding thugs. and they the cops have no problem walking in to these camps to check for passes . and if there was a riot yes there job is to take care of it . there job is to serve and protect . you dont pick and choose what law you will enforce you do your best to enforce all law . they get paid by the hour i dont think standing around in groups talking to each other is good time management . if you were paying some one to do a job (and you do) you would need and make sure they were working the hole time you were paying them for. this trash problem could be some thing that could be done on there slow time

How would you have them enforce it Bruce? Drive through your camp and cite you for a can that fell out of a garbage can or a piece of paper that is lying under a rock. The problem is that the trash is not evident on the flats till the group leaves, then it's ususlly to late.

Comp Hill trash is another issue alltogether. Their are not enough LEO's to walk through or stop at a camp and tell them to pick up their trash because until they leave it is not garbage and again it's to late. Also I can just imigine the problems with the cops coming through and hasselling people right and left to pick up after themselves, there aren't enough of them to defend themselves if it was to get ugly in a crowd that large. If you have never experienced a riot or near riot consider yourself to be very lucky. It is terrifying, you have no control and if they are after you in uniform it could get ugly real fast. i can just imigine the press on the use deadly force if they were being overwhelmed.

This is an education issue, there is no other way to get it taken care of without making it a bigger issue then it already is and or could become.

I appreciate your support and assistance in picking up out there. Most of us do so it is unfortunate that this discussion really only is about a small minority.

so what you are saying is it is to hard for the cops to do there job. i would have the cops drive around on sunday and look for campers that are on the way out and have a look at there camps . that is a start . do the cops work on sunday???? and yes i have been in the mid of a riot 2 times once at the one at glamis and the riots in LA i lived on 79st and crenshaw a few block from the start of it . there are ways to try to fix problem but saying it to hard or dangerous to do there job well that the job that they get paid to do. and doing nothing will get you nothing

i dont just b*tch and moan . i have donated my time more then onece for the better of dumont . i do voice my idea on how to fix the problems i see. a problem i see out there may be time management on the police part i do see alot of standing around and bull sh*tting out there. well they might be on break but dam how many breaks do they take . ( how many cops dos it take to screw a light bulb in) this trash problem is a problem that has been talked about alot so its no secret . so instead of standing around down by the kiosk dont think it take more then one cop down there. may be do some cop work and find some of these trash pep. they have no problem find some one with out a flag in the flats. and by the way there is vary little crime were i live just lucky. not taking a jab at you just talking

so we the duners need to do the law enforcement that i think we might pay for (taxes and pass) that they have no time to do and y is that???woof woof
