  2. nope, maybe someday. ...me and the wife talking about anything else for my bike.
  3. no times out there, but jason's bike has some wicked top end and once he pulls he keeps on going. he is a few bike lengths faster.
  4. 53 was the average and 54 was the high, but that was before the piston and head work.
  5. nice it should be a little more safe now. bet you can't wait to try it out.
  6. i know how you can tell us apart...i have no plastic, aaron has black plastic and jason is the one with no chain
  7. oops my bad. i read the post wrong. i think we should be able to raise $230 no problem with all of the people who are supposedly going. i have a united rentals about 5 miles from my house so i will get with 1badyfz and see what he can do about having his buddy hook me up with the hesperia branch and see if they have lights to rent for that day. if they do i will go rent them asap.
  8. sweet man, when we find out exactly what is giong on with the other set of lights, we will let everyone know. then we can see how much people want to pitch in.
  9. :freakin_nuts: :monkeedance2: let me see what is going on with the lights, maybe you can help me out with those. i will let you know when i know.
  10. craig sucks. sounds like a plan. we can meet up at my house at around 5:30 or 6 and head out from there. since you mentioned it there are these webs for sale that i want. :monkeedance2:
  11. :monkeedance2: :freakin_nuts: i am going to shoot for around 8 pm. is the rest of dynamite coming out?
  12. Comp was actually really smooth, so either hill would be cool. I checked out Banshee Hill while we were out there and the starting line was real rocky so we would have to clean it up a little. I think the paypal link is a good idea. Or I can split the cost with you Pete on the second set. If people want to help pay us back they can or not. I am not sure if I have a United Rentals around where I live, but if there is I can tow them out. At least until the deep sand and then someone will have to take over. DAMN 2WD!!!
  13. very fun trip and it was awesome meeting everyone. thanks again for getting us out of the sand...twice. can't wait to meet up with everyone again in august. :headbang:
  14. that's funny :shocked2: right there
  15. no need, i tested it last night. me and your mom went for a cruise on the bike, drank some beers from the six pack rack cooler, and the rest is history.
  16. damn its still going to be hot out there, thanks pete. we will see you guys saturday morning.
  17. looks good pete. me and randy will be out there about midnight on friday night to get some night riding in before the morning ride. any idea what the weather will be like then?
  18. yep, lucky for me. thanks for all of this useful info. :redhat:
  19. depends on how many you've had to drink by then. don't want one of those light towers to fall on you.
  20. maybe a little before sundown. that way the lights can get set up and whatever else need be while it is still light outside. when the crowd rolls in at dark time it will be ready to go.
  21. thanks for blowing the secret, a$$
  22. you hit it on the head pete. i will be there for sure. either hill as long as there is plenty of beer and good times. :fro: i will be down to throw some roosts up against you pete.
  23. thanks J. :fro: Everything was all good except for the little mishap of the oil bolt in the head popping out.
