I think you guys are missing his point that he will have a spotter. I don't think it's a good idea whatsoever to ride through the dunes w/o a flag, but if you are in an area where you have plenty of spotters I can't see how a ranger would really give you a ticket as long as you are being safe. Then again I have been wrong in the past on certain occasions about thinking the rangers were gonna be cool. :beer_bang:

While redswr has a tight strong hold on his 2 tickets to the gun show, he shows everyone how much of a sport he is and how it doesn't get him down no matter how much chit we give him. Although he still needs a date from what I hear. Desertskyz can't figure out how her boots stay on and still can't spell but she relentlessly continues to in the shoutbox just to let everyone know she is alive. Richardcheese apparently wears fuzzy boots but it doesn't matter cause he is on the new header of the forum and thats all that matters to him. Racer X watches patiently over at the hill while the hillshooters continue to duke it out as to what a bolt on really is and what time they should race. Gazlay43 just wants everyone to stop calling him "Gaylay". The stripper pole has invaded Dumont Happenings again thanks to tylerthehucker wanting to add a stripper pole on his rear fender. Meanwhile, Sand Saw feels he is being picked on because he wants to talk about places like the lake. Wingnut's short visits don't stop him from his continued shananigans with creating new threads like "last person to post wins". We have found out that a thread about absolutley nothing with the prize being absolutely nothing for posting last which will never happen unless closed, has exceeded in entertainment value almost more than any other thread so far (except the stupid azz 3 word game). Does that say anything about our members? Funniest part about it: The Alaskan is gettin cocky about winning!! SinCityBlondie just wants to go look at big gay balloons , while Randog can only speak in IZZLE langizzle...I mean language. Dammit it happens to me too sometimes. SailAway continues to inform us of our sacred area's threats while indagully feverishly searches the internet for lizard information. That's the jist of this week until next time. Are most the lizards out there the fringe toed ones or are those mostly in a different area? I have heard that the lizards you see near or around Dumont are NOT the fringe toed/ endangered ones. Is this a fringe toed liazrd or no?

who exactly are you referring to? me and the group I go out with? If so then probably over somewhere in the neighborhood of B6/ B7 on the grid map. Swing on by at night (or whenever) and we'll have a few.

I'm finding it sooooo hard to not call you a tool right now so I'll bite my tongue. Until you have to job of moderating a board with lots of different opinions and many members I would suggest you chill out for a second. General talk about nude riding and non-graphic things about a stripper pole are one thing, but when you start talking about specific chit like WET SPOTS (and no I don't mean places like the lake or river), it tends to quickly cross the line and turn from funny innocent talk to vulgar and innapropriate. You, for some reason, seem to think that me or the other moderators are picking on you because we don't know you. Quit reading into it so much and stop to think about why the rules are there in the first place. Don't worry about what has been looked over and what hasn't. Just respect the rules of the board thats all. If we say something to you it's because the content of what you posted. Hell, more times than others it's my own damn friends that have been warned numerous times or even SUSPENDED. So don't tell us that it's because we don't know you. Justin, I have nothing against you. Please understand that. The job of moderating this board isn't easy at times and sometimes we the mods seem to get criticized more than thanked for keeping this place up and running and fun. It's usually a fine line between appropriate and inappropriate. It's not what you are talking about, it's HOW you say it. There are ways of saying things top keep them clean and I don't think you undertand that. Sorry you feel this way. Would you like your money back now?

Thank you Vicki. I appreciate you laying out what needs to be done when times like this come up. You put it in simple terms for those that can't see past all the lengthy political . I am willing to put together a letter to submit stating my comments on the liazrd situation. Hopefully they will help. The only places I have ever seen those lizards out there were when we were picking up trash at the cleanup. These were areas that were basically "out of bounds" where plants and vegetation were where nobody rode anyways.
