  1. Great trip! Pete @dunefreak you do an amazing job putting this together and it gets better every year. So thanks for doing what you do. Overall great trip from start to finish. Had some sand luck on this one as I hadn't touched any equipment since Halloween. Buggy ran great and weighed more then @jalper lol!!! Thanks to @FE135 for always coming and making us look good. This year he captured the "Buggy Bunch"

  3. Well came home last night and to my surprise Jess had knocked out a President's Day video already!! I think it came out great but I'm bias. We had a great weekend and for the most part our group showed up in force despite the weather reports. I feel the weather was not nearly as bad as everyone predicted. Some of our group arrived the Sunday before and did nothing but brag about the good dunes and weather they had so we were determined to make it a great trip. We pulled in Thursday around 1030 and the road sucked!!!! But we got situated and went on our first run. I put stiffer springs on front of the car and my god what a difference, it just eats everything up. This was our first long weekend out with it and the nastier the dunes the car didn't care and made it through the weekend without incident. During the course of our first ride one of my buddies had an incident in his car causing him to roll. Luckily he is the smart one and wears a helmet. His car, while looked bad held up great and should be back up and going soon. Then the rain came and I got bored staring at each other so I rounded some peeps up and we duned lightly in our trucks and had a great time. The Utah portion of our group had planned a year ago it was time to erect a new South Pole and it came out awesome!!! Lots of cool trinkets on it thanks to broken buggies lol. Overall great weekend and looking forward to the cleanup and sub group meeting their holding out there.

  4. Well she's about ready for the round up andher first runs. Today was the first day we have pulled it out of the garage under it's own power. Few loose ends to tie up and throw it in the trailer and hope for the best.

  5. Still chasing a few gremlins but still feeling good for buggy round up. When i finally got the motor to firei wasn't impressed with oil pressure. Alper and a couple of the guys felt the oil pick up gasket was the problem. So unfortunately that lead to dropping skid plate and the oil pan which is no fun. Found that the gasket has stretched out, But just got it all back together and test fired and boom back to making great oil pressure. Now onto the next to do....

  6. Well got the car to start today. Like a retard or total rookie mistake I was talking to my buddy Scott and we realized I had the fuel regulator in the wrong spot. So after moving and hooking up properly she fired right up. Still finding some loose ends that need some attention before going out. It's not together like the full body on it if that's what your asking. The body goes on like a puzzle and definitely don't want to keep putting it on and taking off while I chase off gremlins.

  7. Well my wire guy, family and I worked our asses off so much I lit my hair on fire while test firing. Lol.... but the injectors aren't talking with the computer or I'm missing a wire somewhere because there not pumping fuel into the motor. The motor fires on a little gas or starter fluid so I know it works just gotta figure out this electrical bug. So unfortunately it did not make thanksgiving weekend and I was beyond bummed about it. So were gonna get back to it now that we're home, so we can get it to the buggy friends ride lol.
