Complete drag frame was about $2,800.CP customs,, I'd rather put that money into other performance stuff My frame,,FREE with a little work. Frame is still a DS, yes still heavy , we lightened it up as much as I really can $$$. It can be lightened over time...we'll see as the date gets closer.

LOL,,lol Do I dare respond?!?!? the last "Drag post" we all got into went retarded!!! lol. Anyway , we might be there. However, my son Kurt, our pilot, Just passed his EMT intermediate certification. and was hired on with Medic West!! Starts his new Job Monday. Pretty wierd hours as I understand, so he may be working?!?! We really have nothing NEW to bring out, although we did add a longer +10 swing arm and added 12hp larger shot of NOS . Test runs, Kurt could get into the NOS alot sooner and keep the front end down. A bit quicker out of the hole. New full drag frame is almost done .Different looking bike. Kind of a budget frame, but will be alot better for the hill . Shooting for Halloween completion, paying as we go.. Later Bud

I've had the extremes on my car for 4 years now and NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!! LOVE THEM!! However, the set up has to be done correctly. Not good for all cars though.. My car creates only about 1 1/2" of plunge/extention throughout the travel. so the axle splines stay pretty much in the middle of their travel, alot less stress when they need to "plunge"..Alot of cars create alot of "plunge/extention" and the axles "extend" too the far extreme of there capability. when it's time to "plunge" they tend to bind. Just look at the plunge/extention distance the suspention creates and the travel specs. of the axles. Care and MAINTENCE are big factors as well.. Just my 2cts

I just read on GD.com that Ed Niemela will be at Dumont doing Custom suspention dial in for sand cars. Now the date and time is up in the air depending on what day/weekend most guys can show up.. Now If you don't know about Ed.. He really knows his Chit!! and has worked on Many different cars and setups. He will bring everything nessessary to dial in your cars suspention. Just give him a call ,he will want a little info about your set up . I'm hopen the more we can get to take advantage of EDs services the cheeper it will be. FYI,,,, These radar guns ARE more accurate with the object coming STRIGHT twards the gun And read the captions for each video!! You still think we're talking crap???!?!?!?

Didn't I say to set the record stright???? Undertow here said we were 10 mph slower than the shees at 68-70mph ?? so shees were running 78-80 mph??? Bottom line,,,, we ran pretty close with the shees,,,, Undertow---- Better take that radar gun back to toys are us.. unless you can PROVE YOUR MPH CLAIMS :surrender:
