Like Happy Hour said the weather was IDEAL ! We got in thursday at sunset got my truck and trailer stuck. That was a first for me at Dumont. Ran into happy hour at Comp on Friday, i never made it to the ride saturday was to busy playing mechanic 5 carb rebuilds, two stuck Polaris Rangers, one broken swingarm, and one blown CDI on the YFZ 450. But we had big group with lots of toys so everyone stayed happy. Comp was pretty busy on Saturday witnessed a pretty good wreck rail and quad to the left of the face. People were shaken up but did ride away so that was a relief. Want to say thanks to RandyVW for taking the kids for rides in his rail this weekend. My 14 year old daughter was still smiling and spitting out sand two hours later.

My group will be out there as well. We will see you at the meet and greet ! Thurs @ sunset to sunday !

My group will be out there. We are heading up thursday. I am bringing three little helpers to help with cleanup. This will be our first cleanup weekend. Who is going to be selling DDR stickers ? Need to get my hands on a few. C YA out there !!!!

Talk about a crazy trip! It was nice meeting you out there HAPPYHOUR, nice rail. The wind was absolutely nuts. Got pretty bad Saturday about as bad as i have ever seen out there, it was an omen for what was yet to come. The winds last night had to be at least 40 to 50 miles per hour. Folks in our camp lost tents, lost canopies off of their motor homes, had one of those big camp marker flags snap in half. Absoultely INSANE. Woke up this morning had drifts all over camp. had an EZ-UP wedged in betweeen a couple of our bikes, and was not from our camp. We were at least 1000 yards from anyone out there so god knows where that thing came from. Me and my kids went on a trash run this morning, I hauled 8 bags of trash that we found out there thats was scattered abou the flats. But Hey its Dumont i would do it all again in a second. Anyways just thought i would get a little feedback on the trip. C-ya

Hello all new member to the forum. Long Time Dumont rider. Just found the forum about a week ago. Gonna be heading out the last weekend of the month. I know its starting to get pretty warm out there, but the awsome nights are worth it. Just wondering if anyone else is heading out.
