Great info. Thanks! We'll see how the Generac 2200 does. It gets reviews that match your experience with the Yamaha. For the price I don't think I can go wrong. It costs about the price of a dune trip or less.

Damn!!! Must be the race gas! Lol.

  2. I think you'd be fine until you wanted to run your main AC. A friend of mine bought 2 of the harbor freight versions of those to stack. He runs them for days non stop and they do great.

That Generac is even cheaper than the harbor freight version.

  3. Ram Proline.

They just did 8 springs for me. Also silver to red. Another company wanted a lot more and was going to just powder right over the silver.

Ram Proline charged me $200. Did it right and stripped the stock silver. When I told them my color, they had to order it..didn't charge me a penny extra.

  4. Same as above. I fought selling my quad for a season after getting into sxs's, but I just found myself riding it less and less. It wasn't because I didn't like it anymore, but the damn thing just beat me up. Once the rails and sxs's had 24hrs to tear up the sand, it just made the quad ride to brutal. My 6 yr old rides a suzuki 90, and i'll keep her on quads and bikes til shes much older. She won't be spoiled with a steering wheel. I think there will always be a spot for quads in the youth scene.

Gotta say though, I do miss drag racing and hucking the 450r.

Looks awesome @DuNe~Rydher Hope to see you guys next season. We gotta link up. Is that a new RZR or color change? Looks good

Badass @vegas style Cool videos. I'd love to hit up Oregon one of these days. It looks really fun up there.

Sold the RZR and switched teams to the Can Am X3. Whole nother animal, can't wait to dune it. From 110hp N/A motor to 200hp turbo (tuned of course) and long travel to tear up the sand, and a fully lockable front diff to conquer Moab. Still isn't a rail, but it's good for year around fun with the fam.

  6. Took an amazing trip to Mexico

Took the kid to Sea World and the beach because she made us feel guilty for not taking her to Mexico...

    Built the new X3

    And took it to Utah....

    Is it dune season yet?IMG_20180702_153423.thumb.jpg.9ca46941c4dd5b6841a6d6ff0f553cc0.jpg

  7. If you still have a Michigan drivers license, I would just get an out of state CA OHV sticker. Not sure where to pick one up around there, I know you used to be able to get them in Baker at a gas station, I'm sure they sell them in Pahrump to. Or if your rzr's are registered in Michigan and you have plates, you should be good as well. I'd have copies of registrations to be safe.
