Still here been super busy with work, buying a new truck and being on call so ready to get my fix during prez weekend

New Years was a blast got out a little later than anticipated but got there. Road in wasn't to bad got to where we camped at unloaded set up the car The kids were already geared up ready to go took it out for a quick ride and the dunes were still damp a little like always. Had a blast later on in the day though saw a jeep that rolled over Unsure of any injuries but no flight or ambulance so pray all is well. A lot of stuff being towed though from dirt bikes to rails seemed like a lot more than usual. All in all was a great trip this time around Even the in-laws came out and had some fun as the night winded down got kinda windy so we did an early toast so the in laws could get back home. We hung out for a bit then off to bed only to get woken up by everyone's fireworks which was an awesome display on some of the surrounding camps. Again had a blast can't wait to get out there again. How was everyone else's that went out.

Huh kinda bummed I guess I'll be going solo this trip rest of group bailed. Oh well I'll still have fun

Thanks Tim I saw some slack today in the limit straps and tore it all back down thought my marks were right on but I was off by one spline.

That's about where we stay little more to west side though like ynot said what kind of machines they running. I'll be there Friday night

Yup we'll be out there finished the car today went back together pretty easy all four rear shocks rebuilt and gassed up new torsion bar bushing and end caps and found out also my front right caliper bracket came loose. Other than that we're ready.

Update!!!! Xmas came early woohoo the grommets and caps came. One more side to go the have to rebuild the shocks still.

We're gonna try to get out there waiting on parts for the torsion bar grommets and caps and gonna rebuild all four of my shocks today.

Update!!! So I had to go really backyard mechanic but was able to get the spring plates off finally with three different straps and a mallet and viola. I'd say that those bushing are good for another season. Ha yeah right and with tearin into the car come to find out I'm in the same boat as @dunefreak needing to rebuild my rear suspension only two but might as well do all of them since they're off

What's up DDR so I've finally been able to tear the car apart to try and replace the the torsion bushings and the cap but the problem is trying to get the torsion bar off. The car is a Sandlimo and they have their own spring plate and I'm at a loss of how to get the thing off. The orange plate in pics connects the spring plate to the trailing arm but have no way of getting a jack under the spring plate. Any advice is welcome.

I got the new go pro roll bar mount works real easy also nice with the rubber insert to hold to the bar better. Haven't gotten to crazy with it on there yet but hasn't moved with just riding around doing test runs.

Pretty sure I did but it's me and the wife
