  1. My boyfriend is out there this Halloween weekend with our dog Harley. She ran off after some fireworks. She is a medium sized German Shepard mix, all black with white markings on her chest and paws. Harley is very friendly. If you have any information, please feel free to reach out to me on here, IG @shortgirltalljeep or by text (626) 428-1659
  2. Lost female 8lb poodle/Maltese mix bluish collar with bell and pink tag, name is Keven, address and phone number on tag. Took off running Friday night when she heard fire works. She was with kids and husband while I was at my grandmas funeral. I can not lose my puppy as well. Please contact me if you know anything. 702-862-6904
  3. Some duners don't have the luxury of having a big rig to leave their pup in while they ride! Even if you do, if you aren't running your air conditioning and keeping your dog cool it can be dangerous to your pup. I love dogs so much and have a lot of experience with them. If you happen to be in the dunes when I'm there and you need someone to check up on your dog, hang out with your dog while you go out and ride, anything...I am here to help! While being in Dumont is always so exciting for a dog, they still need regular and intense exercise. I would love to take your dog on a little jog around the dunes, they always love it. Also, it is always a big problem around holiday weekends when there are a lot of fireworks....dogs can get scared and run away I have had my dog run away before...luckily some nice duners returned him. Sometimes cell service isn't great out there but ALWAYS have your phone number on your dog's tag! And always have them microchipped! My cell is (818) 512-1555 and my phone works in the dunes. I will post the next time I'm out there and feel free to reach out to me
  4. We had a dog wander into our camp this morning. We checked with all the camps with anyone around and couldn't locate the owner. She is a sandy colored Shepard mix with no collar. She is safe at my house, but I would like to get her back to her home.
  5. My dog Bobby went missing Friday night, January 28th. He is a 2 year old chihuahua/dachshund mix, 12 lbs, light tan fur (short) and was wearing a tan colored LL Bean canvas coat. He is not known to run off for more than 10 minutes without coming back around to check up on me. Our camp seached for him that night on the flats and told every other camp about him. I called into work and spent an extra day and night out at Dumont along with my dad to keep seaching. We searched up into the mountains headed towards the China Date Ranch, the flats including approximately 5 miles out from the north pole. We covered as much land as we could and notified every camp about him...many twice or three times. I have posted a sign with phone numbers to contact on the message board heading out the main road and have notified BLM. This dog is like my son and part of the family. A $1000 reward will be given. WIth the amount of effort that went into the search and making sure all camps knew about him he may have been stolen. Bobby is in LA Times, Las Vegas Review Journal, PetAmberAlert.com, Craigslist.com and many other lost pet web sites. He is also posted on a sign on the main road to the dunes and on the message board leaving the dunes. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD AND MENTION THIS TO ALL YOUR DUNER FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Someone has him and hopefully wants to give him back or after seeing my efforts understands how much this dog means to me and gives him back. If you have any information please let me know. I want to get my boy home where he belongs. Thank you for reading! Any efforts made to spread the word are greatly appreciated. -Jared (702) 373-7925 JPeterson889@gmail.com
