shakeandbake450 Posted December 7, 2008 Share Posted December 7, 2008 I don't really know for sure if it would work but i was wondering if anyone has heard that if you just take your air filter off and just zip tie a rag where it was at if it would add alot more power? busa boy Posted December 7, 2008 Share Posted December 7, 2008 I have never heard of that before in my life I dont see why that would add more HP. If the rag is thick then it is just going to deprive your motor of air and if the rag is thin, well then it might allow your engine to breathe a tine bit easer. But it wont filter your air as well as a air filter would. I WOULDN'T ADVISE DOING IT. Was this just a question or do you want more power on you bike.
