TCS T Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 This is some of the new side by side stuff going on in the shop right now. These Prowler 1000's "get after it" really well! This Cat has had the front seats lowered 4 inches, Twisted Stitch rear bench seat and front buckets installed, Crow 4 point harness', Radius 4 seat cage with aluminum roof, rear view mirror and ice chest rack, 2 inch wheels spacers, and ITP wheels. Free Agent Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Nice. I gotta see this baby in action. Quote
Just Mike Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 Does it stand taller than the 650? How is the suspension on it? Quote
TCS T Posted January 25, 2010 Author Posted January 25, 2010 Does it stand taller than the 650? How is the suspension on it? It does NOT stand taller than the 650 and the suspenson is pretty good stock (apx 10" of travel). But it really Kicks A$$ with the HCR +6" kit on it! We are running 50-55mph all the way through the whoops to Comp Hill at Dumont! What a blast! Quote
Jakster884 Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 Looks great . How is it in comparison the RZR S? More power hopefully. Quote
TCS T Posted January 26, 2010 Author Posted January 26, 2010 Looks great . How is it in comparison the RZR S? More power hopefully. The "S" is much more nimble like a 2 seat mid-engine light weight sand car. The "1000" is a Brute, it will tear Sh!t up like a Trophy Truck! I have had this thing going 75mph with (4) people in it on the street. I have also BLAZED the hills at Duck Creek trying to kill it and it just kept Ripping! And it is the only stock side x side that I have gone up comp Hill with (4) people and aired down stock tires on! Quote
BLUE STEEL Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 I like how they lowered the normal high front seats. Quote
TCS T Posted January 26, 2010 Author Posted January 26, 2010 I like how they lowered the normal high front seats. We actually did the seat lowering at the shop, it feels and handles much better. Very time consuming project though! Quote
TCS T Posted February 5, 2010 Author Posted February 5, 2010 Nope, sorry. But here is some from Dumont last weekend. Quote
mineurbiz Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 That thing is badass in action and sitting still Travis!! Quote
