sandawg Posted March 17, 2010 Share Posted March 17, 2010 There are several areas to ride around and close to Dumont but the catch is that your vehicle has to be licensed. These are pretty well considered roads not trails. If you take off going south on the T and T Railroad bed there are some mines and cabins that are accessible but they are nearly 20 miles of running to get to them. I and a good friend did that trip once and put 70 miles on the Rhino. Before they closed down the trails/roads to the east of Dumont you could go quite a ways to mines, the date farm and nearly to Tecopa. Good luck!
