Check your trailer tires

Just an FYI....If you have not used your trailers since last season, check your trailer tires closely. I was pulling things together for next weekend and did a whole trailer inspection and noticed one of my tires was separating.

Better to do it prior to your trip then having a blowout on the freeway.

Since I started to block the tires off the ground and let the air down a bunch when I store it for over a month or two and run the max air pressure stated on the tire I have had no problems. It really must work! That's two years of trips to Idaho and Oregon and numerous trips to Dumont too. I do keep them shaded form the sun with covers too.

What it doesn't help is when I cut the cormer to tight at a gas station and pinch the sidewall and blow one in Oregon. I don't think that counts. :dope:
