Sandpirates2 Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 Joe - If your in Nevada, the attorney that I have used for several matters in real estate is Shawn Christopher Legal Services, 2625 N Green Valley Parkway #110 Henderson, NV. 702-737-3125. He's both an Attorney and a Broker so his office handles it all from front to back. You will always talk to him, and once your hooked up, he handles all of it. I along with several other friends have tried doing this ourselves and after 7 months of fighting the banks, I decided to hand it over to someone who does this for a living and could protect me.
