I think the answer is no if I remember right, but are you allowed campfire's in the meadow at Coral Pink?

Yes, usually you can as long as it's in a metal container. They just don't want the ashes and debris on the ground.

Per the rangers there one weekend : "it contaminates the sand"

You can have a fire as of now but in a pit like Pete said, if not big fine$$$$
