This was going up the hill on the 127 northbound. By the time we got closer there was a fire under it, with a long line of fluid up to where it was stopped. Didn't want to pull in behind, just in case it was fuel, couldn't pull in after cuz there were already @ 5 rigs stopped. Nowhere to pull in our 40 fter. so we continued on. tried to call 911 many times, no service. By the time we got to Tacopa to dump the fire dept was rolling.
