  1. Adam, I plan on going regardless. I had to order new CVs for the car and they should be in early next week. Even if for some reason I don't have the car ready, I'm still going and will be riding my a$$ off including as much of Sunday as possible. Chad is going too. He's excited. He says he's already packed.

  7. Stacey, Family & Friends of Craig, We will never know why this happened at this location or time. Angels are created every day, every minute, and every second. Sometimes they are taken from us by tragic accidents. Pointing blame is not doing anyone justice; leave this to the detectives/police. I was lucky enough to meet Craig a little over a month ago at a house gathering. He accompanied Stacey and we shared many laughs. Craig was very polite, fun, and shared a few laughs with us. I am glad that I took a few moments to ask him how he was doing; we shared stories about riding and our next trip. I don’t recall all the details of our conversation; he definitely loved riding. To be taken from this world by a tragic accident leaves the living heartbroken; but reality is – Craig left this world loving what he enjoyed doing. His last memories are of Mother Nature, friends, and family. In honor of Craig, I think the best thing we all can do is be more cautious. Stacey, It's been hard for me losing my father and a friend (Fellow Duner). Camping brings me a sense of peace; knowing this is something I did with both of them. I know it’s hard for you right now to go to Dumont – But when you are ready; I will be there to take you. We can hop into one of our vehicles and do a day trip. We can sit at comp-hill until you feel a sense of peace or just to cry. I am here for you. Mauh xoxoxoxox

  8. If you could add a couple more $k to your budget, the Busa rail for sail here on the forum is a pretty good deal. Long travel, reliable, and can dune with any group. Had one for a couple of years and really a huge step up from the beam or mid travel cars. Not having reverse is a pain once in a while. Just need to remember that when parking.
