how reliable do you think that new turnkey motor will be, and how often will it need a rebuild? We were thinking about going with the redline ls7 with some work done to it when we ger our new car, 650hp and supposed to be really reliable..

its a sleeved bored and stroked ls1 as i am told the ken bell blower is a 6lb blower its supposed to be more effective than the mec tec or whipple reliable i dunno its running its first season right now im watching to see how it does myself cause i might buy one next year and stick my current motor into a street car

have you seen the newer walk-around bathrooms in the front bedroom toy haulers? 5th wheel size. I was in a Stellar 28 w/ a walk around bathroom, and I could literally put my arms straight out to the sides and turn around, and not hit anything.

turnkeys new 427 ls1 with a ken bell blower "suposedly" will do 700 on pump gas

double wall heat shield with 1/4" space between the shields at the turbo area. i hope it's not to hot. but if it is,i will order some of the tiles from nasa

nasa tile i doubt it gets that hot but

biult in heater .................. for us barefooted drivers it might get iffy :fro:

yes the turbo 400 is real iffy @ 1000hp that is where stock gm trans fails. the reason the trans never broke before this past trip was because of the tires were 16.50s less traction! the reason for using a t-400 behind the ford was for engine brake when you downshift. dudleys transmission built the trans and someone didnt put the correct parts in the trans, therefore it failed! i took the car down to them & they pulled trans. realized it was completely stock. they called me and said they would fix trans for free! no charge because there old shop boss screwed me. they pulled the trans and fixed it for free! now that is hard to find around from any shop! dudley trans is a great shop! the new car will be here soon (it is the sleeper model)

take a sobe glass bottle, fill it 3/4 full with gasoline, set it on a fire until the fuel begins to boil, then take a knife or srewdriver a poke a hole on/in the top of the cap. once the air hits the burning gas the fuel ignites and shoots a flame straight up about 15 feet high for a good minute.
