  1. Engine cage and mounts came out real good. what did you end up using for shocks? looks like you'll be out breaking stuff in no time
  2. Very respectable bowling Sounds like the buggy is almost ready to move on its own power :icon_twisted:
  3. Its looks a little quiet at the bowling alley, what did you guys roll(scores) Now it looks like the rad is a foot below :icon_twisted:
  4. Well I got them coming in the yard, guess I'll have to set up the picnic table for them next
  5. thats no fun I'm just getting warmed up
  6. Still doesn't look like a foot and what makes you think I would want to ride in it? I got a buggy with a radiator back there(probably3' to 4' below the top on the Jodi measuring scale)no vacuum cleaner hoses just old radiator hoses
  7. cool video(sound byte) no pics of the radiator
  8. At least Ted put the radiator conections on the passenger side so they will get sprayed first when the vacuum cleaner hoses blow out.
  9. I got so much time on my hands that all the crazy thoughts that have stuck in my head for years are starting to creep out and into thr real world(not the one I'm in)
  10. Since there is so much concern about radiator placement in a rollover I decided to do calculations on the possibility of radiator damage factoring in radiator placement, clearance, speed, roll cage configuation and weight. Heres what I came up with, Traveling at 25mph or less with a passenger of equal weight and driver who has consumed 6 beers(a morning ride) there is a 10% chance of radiator damage Traveling at 45mph without a passenger and driver who has consumed 18 beers(night ride)there is a 90% chance of radiator damage but Bob will not care because he will be to busy looking for the ice chest that flew out so he can get another beer and wheter we can tell that he sh!t himself :shocked2:
  11. I think I would be concerned about front end collisions if it was out front maybe just stay home and be safe
  12. Well heres my 2 cents Jodi #1 a six pack rack,so you can have a tasty bevrage while waiting for Bob(or a tow) #2 a set of paddles any brand will be good to start with #3 a slip on exhaust,so it sounds better(any brand is ok as long as it does not use supertrap style discs) #4 drop the counter sproket 1 tooth, will make it more ridable for you #5 save some room for more improvements in the future when you get used to it and it seems like you need more power And for all you witch bike is better people,I was sitting on top of Choke Cherry Hill (St Anthony ID)the bigest hill you can ride on and it looked like the Hondas had the edge over the Yamies
  13. Cool now you can kick Bobs a$$ on the hill(or at least your bike could)
  14. Did Ted come down and help design that?
  15. after 10 whats that got to do with making noise? or is it past bed time? Doesn't sound like the Bob I knew. Anyhow you haven't posted any progress pics in a while, like radiator installation, trailing arms and shock mounts or there must be something to show us. Go crack the whip and get Bob moving, 3 months and 1 week left
  16. pics we need some more pics,to cheap and lazy to come see it in person how about a sound byte?
  17. nice pic of Bob,was he in HYPER mode? Who's panties are on his head?
  18. Radiator looks kind of small muffler looks kind of big and let me know how you install the margarita machine in the buggy so I can put one in mine!
  19. Charcoal would definitly be better than green, and if you had enough red like side panels it could look great but just the frame might look blah! Besides yellow is a traditional buggy color. So you think you might break a tradition and keep a car or truck(that runs) for more than 6 months or a year.I can't remember all the trucks you guys have had since we met. Maybe you should paint it charcoal so I can see what one looks like charcoal, I know how good yellow would look on that style frame
  20. Why paint it to match a truck that will be gone or traded off soon?
  21. Yellow!!! silver will look blah unless you have side panels of another color to set off the silver or maybe real dark silver like a charcoal metalic
  22. Nice lookin trans, where did it come from?
