  1. Ron and Serena Weddle get their RV "Rocked" by Bret Michaels this sunday on the show. It's actually been sitting here behind the shop for about a month, were not allowed to post any pictures until the show airs.

Set your DVR, it's on Travel Channel at 9 PM.

  2. My Uncle taught me how to drive his truck, with him in it, out at El Mirage when I was 13. He said it was perfectly legal in an OHV or SVRA area. I don't know if that is true or not, but my Uncle is not one to do anything illegal.

  3. Hey Steve, I might try and find you out there on Saturday if it's ok with you. Looks like it will just me and Tami, I'd like to at least park the trailer with someone I barely know and have probably only met in person once before, rather than drop everything wherever we can and hope for the best.

If you don't mind of course.

  4. I will answer your questions in order: I am, Don't Know, Fun, No, Yes and Yes, Usually No.

Pismo is on literally on the beach in central CA, Normally doesn't get over 80 degrees, it rarely gets upwards of 90-95. There are about 3500 acres of open riding area that can get quite crowded and choppy. The dunes are smaller in size compared to Dumont and there is not a lot of room to get a high powered rail up to speed out there. Great place for quads, bikes, and side by sides.

Huckfest will probably be very busy, if your going to make the trip, get your overnight reservations booked now because they do have a capacity for overnight camping.

  5. You have what, 3 or 4 seasons on that car now? It's probably a good idea to have us go through at least by next summer.

Although, this is a good time to send it in, we are super slow right now. We need some work, We'll even take some mendeola's right now. Hopefully things pick up soon.

  6. how many Dubai/UAE guys are breaking them???

None that I've seen. Those AGB's are stout. We have one in a trophy truck that's running the Dakar races down in South America with over 9,000 RACE miles, He has never sent it in for service, he says its still working just fine. We recommend a service after every 1000-1500 race miles.

  7. I would not discount Weddle so quickly. Like someone once said: Pay ONCE and get it fixed right. Yes, it might even cost more than the local guys quote, but shipping to a very well known and reputable business that's been around forever has it's merits.

No matter what the girl wearing the green seat belts 'says'!!

    Thanks for the kind words.

Actually, were not taking any VW or Mendeola rebuilds anymore, we are busy enough as it is trying to keep up with Albins services and building our HV-1 units. Were also not trying to take away any business from the local shops.

We do prefer to do the service on Albins AGB and HV-1 units though. There are a few things that we like to check to make sure they are working as expected.
