Dont have a 70 but just picked up a new to me rail. I am in plus 3.

I will keep my eye out for this. I can not, however promise the well being of the people who did this. Dave and Tina hooked me up this year and it sucks that the good always bear the brunt of the bad. David and Tina you are awesome and thankfully you have Ins. If I come across anything relating to your rail and trailer I will call or message. If you get a heads up I would be more than happy to apply my advanced teqn iuqe to get info. It will be on the down low as I have been away for a while but I still have skills, on the DL.

NONSENSE! :ah: Nonsense my azz. A very good friend of my who was a MX racer, supports FoDD, who donates $$$$ to Glamis, Dumont, etc. Just lost his job. This wonderful man has been in the biz for over 40 years, a Vietnam Vet, and does everything he can to support the sport. The Honda shop that he has been running for over 25 years is closing. He has 25 employees, many who own their own homes, have small children have lost their jobs too. They are going to lose their homes and it is the Holidays. Great!

Drunk ! On an empty stomach. Cooking for 14 people for tonights dinner(13th). Stuffed Chicken Parmesan, pasta and bread. I should have a blow tube that prohibits me from posting when I drink but so far this kick azz website has no breathylizer so at times I am all alone in this vast cyberworld.

Poker run was awesome. I would suggest to have raffle tickets sold at each check point and not only at the registration check point. Also maybe a prize for worst hand. This is what comes to mind today. Will post up new thoughts tomorrow.

Thanks for explaining that I show people the book to demonstrate the new cost of $30 is legit. As a vendor operating 'out of store' when I am at Dumont, I am allowed to charge a minimal extra charge, so I charge $2.

So everyone knows, here's what happens to vendors selling the stickers:

California OHV sends the stickers to us free.

We have to sign for them and when each book is empty, send the OHV the money for all 20 sold. At the OHV's direction, we must send back the unsold stickers, such as at the end of the year.

This year I had the misfortune of having to send back several thousand dollars worth of those stickers. It's misfortune because if you don't send them back insured for full value and they get lost, I would have to pay out of my pocket for every last one.

I spent more insuring the damn things then I made from selling the ones I sold!

Dang it.

Then, after I had sent them all back and the OHV had cashed my check for the ones I paid for, they sent me a bill for ALL OF THE UNSOLD ONES I had sent back.

Fortunately I had insured them and could prove I sent them back. The bill was then wiped clean.

Best damn money I EVER spent!

So now you know: it's a b*tch selling those stickers and all the vendors should make more than we do selling them.

a sign board with the info we are trying to get out and maybe some fun dumont fax.

a list of closed dunes like dune guide has so people can see closers has and can happen again.

bigger pay out advertise it and more people will show up.

Okay, for real. The run was kickazz ! The post that was listed by the south pole was a little misleading. I did not introduce myself but ran into sand snake and randingle on the path. They lost their women somewhere and I told them they were sitting back at the south pole. They met up and I watched them crest dunes and look confused for a while. We went back as I was looking for the flattest path to make my girl feel good. She's still nervous after her wreck on opening weekend and her almost sure surgery on her hand :ah: (WE WILL KNOW ABOUT THE SURGERY IN A WEEK) It just seemed like that was a confusing stop for most. All in all the poker run was awesome, with the exception of me not getting crap in ten hands I had and Britincali thinking the DDR runs suck, posted on another site

Maybe people did not for Obama so much as they voted for a change in leadership. Hopefully OUR new president elect does something for us, the little people. im down for that..everyone i just want to say thanks for all the prayers on making a speddy recovery. plastic surgen loves how everything looks, and even my hand surgen was impressed on how good of a job he did. tmr, (tuesday) i start physical therapy on my right hand, on the fingers to get em stretched out and get em to start moving again. i will post pictures of my hand in my profile thingy when i get the chance, the pictures are up too date an about a week or two old.

Well good news and bad news.

Good news: we have raised about 150 bucks so far!

Bad news: It has been brought my attention that the camp hosts are technically BLM employees even though they are volunteers. This means they cannot accept donations due to some stupid political governmant reasons or laws. I'm gonna figure out how we can still make use of the funds to go towards them otherwise I will have to get everyone their cash back.

Give it to me and I will just buy stuff and leave it on their doorstep. Astroglide, plastic sheeting, rolling papers, 15 gallons of gas and 4 D batteries. That should do it. Gets me and my girl through a weekend in the sand !
