it's not here in Ca either as a matter of fact a friend of mine on the chp force told me that they are now "visually" inspecting all CA light duty (ford/GM/Dodge 2500-4500) for cats, when/if they get pulled over for a moving violation. 1000 dollar fine for not having one. IF a shop gets caught taking one off, its a 10,000 dollar fine......... what is in the cat anyhow? couldn't one just take it off, hollow it out, and put it back on???

that is exactly what it is for. The reason why so many people that go to pismo alot have big tires is that getting onto the beach with the stock 245's on my truck, even aired down, would get stuck almost effortlessly now with the 35's I can cruise around in the sand, with the trailer in tow, and not have to worry about it. i didn't know that nissan hasn't put out gears for it yet.......sounds like what polaris does with it's atv's.....not support an aftermarket for their vehicles....

i know i know....... i'm not strokin the fire though....it's the farging Dodge . if you look at my original post, i give props to all three....

yeah, I knew they took it out of their lineup for 2008, but to not see it on their website, like I have for the last 5-6 years just kinda signals the end of it....... I have also heard that they are going to ressurect it.....but time will tell. I just hope they don't continue with the 450 frame, and try to stuff a bigger motor in it, cause I don't enjoy riding a quad with my knees in my chest.

yeah, glad to hear you are ok on that one. from all the stories I hear about tires blowing out (read Pete), I think a good tire warranty, is indespensible.

thats cool.. a friend of mine has a tahoe with 35"s on it 6 in of lift with airraid intake, magnaflow exhaust, and some kind of programmer he programmed back to stock, and we took it back into the dunes 2 pismo....pretty decent.......then he put it back on the highest setting, like 30 hp gain.......freeking night and day diff...oh, and he regeared too....to the tune of about 1100 bucks :icon_twisted: but it put the power back in the sweet spot of the rpms, so, i guess to each their own.... :ahhhhh: is your truck stock height?

here is what they are calling a programmer, but it permenantly stays in your vehicle.....so not like the odb plug in tuners sfx performance

Nick Be on the lookout for all the gangbangers in Oxnard . since the city put in "affordable housing" the gang population has tripled. also, if you get a chance...go check out State Street in Santa Barbara...about 45 minutes north of you on the 101. some cool always going on there on the weekends....your old lady would LOVE the shopping there too. BTW there used to be a FOX outlet store in Camarillo...but those effers closed shop in the middle of the night one night...and moved out

I know a couple grape growers out of Delano....the Zaninovich's and the Caratan's....some of the best parties I went to were the post-grape harvest ragers, in the middle of clear-cut vineyards, with so many kegs that couldn't count a couple of them had literally 3-5 thousand people there.........effen ragers thank god I had friends in Delano so I didn't have to and the 30 miles back to Bako
