holly crap, it was over a month ago. let's go back to making fun of Terry for trying to kill me. lol... or just focus on the fun we had.

I usually stay till sunset, and load just before dark on the day trips.

@ Mike. I am North las Vegas. maybe we are close enough we can meet up. I am willing to help you out if I can.

@ Jodi. Corvette on Steriods... this is a quad run with Side x sides. No rails. if someone put a Vette motor in a quad i want to see that. LOL

i like more about the 9ish time. Not much of an early riser.

i would also like to car pool if any is interested. I have my F150 and I can take one other quad besides mine on my open trailer. I live in North Vegas, and usually drive down Rainbow to Blue Diamond and out.

I am out for the 31st. I have a gig scheduled for that day already. i have been getting a lot of last minute gigs.

I am game to try for one on the Saturday the 3rd. I am pretty sure I will be day tripping Thursday March 8th if anyone is interested.

The 16-17-18th I am out for the stupid wedding and since i can't go i might try and hang out with Mark when he goes as well.

@Stacey, I have a 2 space trailer for my bikes, but if I go solo i would be able to take one of mine off for yours. We can PM about it if we get to where it's needed. I can/could haul 3 bikes with one in the bed but i have to pull the Gas tank thing off or the tailgate will hit.

I might have a spare bike, the Outlaw is good for old people that indepent suspension is nice and cushy.

I say we try a poll or something to try and figure out what might work best to get it moving forward....and hopefully i don't get a last minute gig, or stupid wedding to go to.

I was reminded today that my Fiance's friend is getting married March 17th so I am out for that weekend. SUCKS!! i don't even know her, but Michelle is in the wedding, and it is her high school friend. So I am stuck going and missing the whole weekend. this always seems to happen.

Still going to plan on the 8th, and maybe going back and hanging with Mark later

I am in... the last week in March is Spring Break for my Nephew and he will be here from Oregon for that week. any day but the 28th right is good for me. So far i am pretty open in April as well.

maybe I can do the day trip with my buddy on the 8th, then do clean-up weekend. I know Mark was talking about NASCAR weekend so he should chime in... maybe i just leave the 8th, and come back the 19th... lol Can you tell i am addicted?

i am working on ways to be a little more self supporting, but a motorhome or toyhauler are out of the question right now. I have some ideas though.

I heard a few were planning on NASCAR weekend.

I have a day trip buddy wanting to go March 8th, and I would love to stay out there that whole weekend. I'll make him walk home

I should be getting a day trip in the last week in March, just not the 28th.

So far i am open the 16th - 18th weekend as well. I want to get at least 2 or 3 more good trips in before the season's over.

i avoid Comp like the plague if its busy. on off weekends or day trip weekdays i can usually run Comp with my group only.

Looks like i am postponing my day trip even for this week. looks like it might rain a little and don't want to risk a drive to be wasted.I know I am a whimp but i want the most fun for my money.

Looks like NASCAR weekend will be the next time i can really go since I got some gigs coming up.

I am looking at a day trip on Thursday with my buddy. Would consider staying but i think he will have to get back for work. We will see how it goes. not really interested in any of the drag racing stuff, i just wanna ride.

when does the official holiday weekend start for the season passes. I have a Non-holiday pass?

Wow, i don't know if i can get up that early. I live on DJ time and that is EARLY. plus i have to drive all the way down there, not to mention we don't have very good luck riding together. we are 50/50 for crashing.

What time are you leaving for this? There is a DJ trade show in town next week but I spent all my money already anyway so i might as well skip it. I am interested to see how these meetings go and all.

Thanks for coming by and helping us out when Terry had his crazy driving moment. I can't remember your Girl Friends (???) name, but I give a thank you to her to for grabbing stuff out the sand, especially the GoPro and helping out.

neither of us were really sore. Terry might have got thrown around more as i was buried in the sand for most of it. It really wasn't that violant in my seat.

I have the motorsports pack, and bought the seatpost mount so I could mount on the Heal Guards. I bought Tusk Heal guards specifically for the tube design. I had an issue where the camera was freezing up when i mounted it on the Heal Guard and under the seat facing back. Facing back was mounted with a sticky mount on the air box as it was the most secure spot. I ended up hitting the camera with part of the suspension linkage but it didn't really hurt it.

I don't use the suction cup as i lost one camera that way. There are ways to secure it if you do.

Usually the best sound comes from the camera on my helmet and using the skeleton case. I think the sound of the bike was weird with it on the heal guard because i had the full case on since i wasn't sure how much sand would get on it. I think i want to do a sand cover for the GoPro so I can still use the Skeleton case. It's too bad the camera was freezing up because i would have gotten a lot more video from the heal guard and rear facing with jumps and wheelies. I have a service request in with GoPro to see if they have any ideas.

I still want 6 GoPros. I have 2 bikes, so I want one forward, one rearward and one on each rider all going. That would make for some cool video edits. Still wish i had put my camera on Terry's car before he decided to wreck, but he didn't tell me first.
