came across the only pictures of my old 200x three wheeler . that was at sand lake on the north oregon coast 18 years ago. had to have been right by the parking area because i didnt ride that thing very much without a helmet. and i dont remember that mullet either think it was the start of growing long hair or thats my story. and yea i did crash that thing alot . enough power to get you in trouble not enough to get you out of it. goodtimes

Ynot brought this up in a thread and said his friend had bought one of these japan mini trucks for around $5k. the site doesnt have very much info but the trucks look like they would be a cool trail, camp, recovery truck. 4x4 660 four stroke built for on road use in japan. build a tow rig on back and have a dune towtruck mini4x4

im friends with a couple of the guys in Age of Reason. speed rap metal kind of thing. they play around town very aggressive music.

a nice big billboard right at the pay station that says if you want to ride you need to read and understand these things trash helmet flag speed dumping........................ i have camped all my life and the way i have found out the rules of the area is to read the info board or signs that were around the area and a few friendly chats with the rangers. now we know people arent going to drive 2 + hours to get there wait in line at the pay station and then stop and read the fine print. they are going to go balls out to the flats and get unpacked and off they go. lets get the fine print louder and in thier faces while they are on the only road in and out. hard to say i didnt know when there was 12" tall red letters saying read this!!

at minimum i think there is a need for a few new signs i know there are some on the way in (no pallets fireworks) maybe a new one near the pay station with just a few big points- trash, speed, rebar. and one on the way out that says be safe, secure your load-trash, no tank dumping on the road. i know it is not alot but signs on the road are your first chance and last chance to push the message. and signs are on the cheap end of a budget. about the speed limit in camp areas- i think if they were hard line about the current rules the first month and on the bigger weekends the word would get around. kind of the way we all know there isnt much chance of getting stopped for speeding now!
