Lost Keys 12/26/08***update: found!***

Hi all. I lost my MH keys on 12/26. It's not so much as the keys but the key ring. It is yellow with black trim. It is embroided with "8th Fighter Sq Black Sheep" and "Once a Sheep Always a Sheep" it also has a black sheep embroided on it. I got it when I retired from the Air Force in 2000. The keys include a Ford ignition key, the MH door key..well it has keys . We let the host know with our phone number so plese drop them off there or let me know on here. I think that they were lost inside our camp which was north of crapper 8 nearer the dunes, but also could be any where there to the . I do not remember if my son gave them back to me after he opened the MH bay doors or if he took off on the first run with them in his pocket on the quad. Anywho let me know if they are found. Welcome to CRS...I feel for you....keys are the enemy. I bought a thick lanyard and wear it...guess what, I still lose my effing keys all the time!!!!

Yeah I know. I also know better. Normally we open all the bay doors and then the keys go right back in the ignition. Also even the worse part was that we had to borrow a car to drive 3 hours home, 6 round trip to get the spares because "someone" took them off the wifes key ring. So the weekend was a little bit of hell but still managed a good time as always.

WOW Just got a call from the Camp Host. FOUND MY KEYS!! SWEET. Cool a ride out tomorrow to Pick them up. :kissass:

Welcome to DDR winfan. Stick around, bunch of crazies here. BTW There is a thread about dunefreak (Pete DDR President) putting some keys in his BBQ and fogetting about them, then starting his BBQ up to cook something and ended up cooking his keys also.

Just got back from the Dunes after picking up my keys. A long 6 hour trip but well worth it. I hope that the person that found the keys is a member and will read this. THANK YOU! :kissass: I also would like the thank the Host out there for calling me yesterday. If the moderator could update the title to Found I would appreciate it. I am not sure if I can update that or not.

When driving by the bulletin board at the entrance there are some hooks there that people have hung keys on that have been found. Last time we looked there was 4 sets hanging there.

Sorry Craig, no Coral Pink keys there. How'd you do that? No drinky poohs that weekend so you have no excuse for losing them!
