ltr450rider Posted April 27, 2011 Share Posted April 27, 2011 It will almost always ADD power. It's always best to pair with a jet kit and higher flow air filter if you have a carburated motor. High exhaust backpressure means less fresh air/fuel mix in the chamber on each stroke. Changing to an aftermarket pipe helps the exhaust scavenge the spent gases more effectively.
