  1. I'm in for sure. There will be no jumping from me though. If you want to see my old car airborn, buy the new DDR shirt in the DDR store!!!
  2. Wow, there's alot of variables there. Budget (long, mid or standard travel), 2 or 4 seats, are you going to use it in the desert?
  3. Congrats, very nice!!!!
  4. Depends on motor( HP and RPM), tires size and driving style. The tranny builders can point you in the right direction.
  5. Do you know the gear ratios? If it was built for a desert car, it might be too tall.
  6. The Alumicraft has a Turbo Honda........probably 450 HP.............If I'm not mistaken, the internals were done on that motor as well.
  7. It just shows how many cars are out there for a good price. These were all found in about 2 hours of looking. He should have no problem finding a great deal. You just need to buy before October. All the good deals will be gone and the new ads will be $2000-$5000 more.
  8. If the Honda car comes into his price, I would say the Honda. It would be alot more reliable!! But, the Alumicraft would kit some serious a$$ on the hill and in the dunes!!!!!
  9. Here is the Alumicraft...............WASABI !!!!!!!!!
  10. Down in OC, we would hang out at the Wedge alot and also by Balboa.
  11. I only charge a 10% finders fee.
  12. I'm not gonna spoon feed everyone... It's on Dunebuggy.com. I'm sure he can be messaged on there.

Alumicraft car's are bitchin. If this car hasn't sold, I would be all over it if I were you. It used to be the Wasabi car I think. Joe
  16. I would ask who built the motor. 350 HP is a lot to get out of a 2.2, it's not a bad thing, just depends who built it. What trans is in it, I would imagine a 091? I would think it is the GEN 2 being a 2000.
  17. The 091 trans is dependable up to 250 HP. The mendi 4E is good it about 325HP. And the 2D is good up to about 400 HP. These are just basic numbers, torque and driving style are a huge factor in this equation.
  18. It was the small crowd, just how you like it!!!!!!!!
  19. Thanks Ash, I appreciate the kind words.
