After the earthquake hit, the 5 nuclear power plants went into automatic shut down. Water systems are now failed to the reactors. Water is used to cool the reactors. They are saying tonight that 1 of them " may" now be in meltdown mode. A really bad disaster "may" of just got a lot worse.

Were only going to make one more trip April 7-10th. That will be the last one for the season for us. Then head to Vegas from there for the NAB trade show starting the 11th.

I switched from AT&T Iphone 3g (older model) to Iphone 4 Verizon and so far I am very happy with the new Verizon. The ability to turn it into a wifi hotspot works well too. In case you want to use it for an access point for a separate laptop or I pad.

Was there a big crowd out there?

Before the games began, many dedicated DDR members pitched in to bring the event together. They were well organized and worked very hard to make it happen.

Great event again. Was lots of fun and was amazed how much goes into this event. Kudos to Pete and Anna for putting this together. And thanks to all that contributed to bring this event together.

Just checking to see if anyone is planning on heading out this weekend?

I do everything on Mac's. Personal and business. So all contacts, Calandar, etc is tied to automatic syncing and backup (multiple computers, Iphone, ipad, etc). I know you can do all of that on google and droid but for me....I would have to change everything. Plus my personal music on all the devices with Itunes are all tied together. The integration is really seamless within the Mac products. (I drank the Steve Jobs "Kool Aid" many years ago). Im sure the droid is excellent. I just dont want to change my whole workflow as it currently works flawlessly. I just want off of ATT and onto Verizon. But my friends that have the Droid like it a lot.

I was planning on the 22nd weekend and then the Regatta weekend. If a bunch are going out MLK..... I can switch Is everyone staying through Monday? MLK is a monday.

Ive been out of contract for a year also. Ill be first in line locally if they release it on Verizon.
