  1. I usually dont get too involved in political discussions (my blood pressure soars) but lets look at it honestly. As for the housing market, ynot is correct. The buyers got themselves into the mess, the developers and builders just cashed in on thier greed. What would make people think a new home worth $170G the year prior was now worth $500G's? Locals above all should have known something was gonna happen. As for the illegal immigration thing, my wife is from Canada, and we did everything legally and realistically, its not that hard. It just costs some money and takes a little time. Here's a question, if they grant amnesty, will all of us who did things legally get a refund of the money we spent? There's a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. And lastly for government, I dont blame Bush or anyone in particular, I blame them all. Lets look at the way you become set for life. Step 1 : Watch the polls and find the most popular stands on the people's opinions and make them your own. Step 2 : Get elected by promising the people you're going to do everything they want (from the polls of course) Step 3 : Now in congress, the people no longer matter to you. You are now ready to be on the payroll of lobbyists and special interest groups. Step 4 : Make sure to "borrow" as much as possible from Social Security, because now that you've been elected, you have your "Golden Parachute" retirement (more money than most make annual income) and will never have to go on it. Step 5 : Next election watch the polls again so you know what BS to spew to try and get re-elected. Step 6 : repeat Steps 3 and 4 Does anyone really and honestly believe after someone gets elected they even give a rats a$$ about the people anymore? Just my opinions of course.
  2. Now for something completely different.... A few nice sets of Boobies. :whacky101:
  3. Im not a racist, heck I'm not even that fast Point being made, you would reacted the same regardless if it was 3 white kids or 3 purple kids (actually if they were purple ida been taking pictures) Their behavior was unacceptable, and you did what their parents should have done to them years ago. Blame the parents, they're the ones who think society should raise their children because they can't handle the reponsibility of doing it themselves.
  4. I don't take my dog to the dunes. It's the bodies I have problems burying
  5. Actually the number for the two wheel deaths isn't as high as quads. I spoke many a year ago when they first implemented the age restrictions with some of the ATV Safety Institute people and their reasoning was simple. They say when a dirt bike accident occurs, most of the time the bike goes one way, and the rider the other. When an ATV accident occurs, they say more often than not the ATV itself rolls with the rider causing greater injury to the rider. That was the whole reasoning behind the law. In fact, they secret shop dealers for violations. We had ours shopped back 12 years ago and a salesguy recommended a new Yamaha Wolverine for a gentleman asking about what to get his 15 year old son. We were fined thosands of dollars and almost lost our ATV franchise from Yamaha and put on probation.
  6. 153 BUCKS FOR LAST MONTH. And I live in an apartment
  7. Hey Cole, bring me back some Leinenkugel's so I can make my Mahwaukee Beer Brats!
  8. Actually, she wasn't just driving on a suspened liscense. This was the second time she has been pulled over after the suspension, she failed to go to the alcohol awareness classes that the judge ordered, and this time she was driving her new Bently 70mph in a 35mph zone at night with her lights off. She also has claimed she shouldnt be jailed because she's an icon that us poor amricans look up to and are inspired by to bring enjoyment to our "mundane" lives. Sickening.
  9. Yes correct, Camelback products donates to the Sierra Club as well, along with quite a few other companies. It's truly sad that companies that make money off of the riders like us use it to donate to clubs that are hell-bent on shutting down our riding areas. As for Honda, call any of the dealerships and they should have the Honda customer realtions phone number for ya.
  10. OR...... If Lake Mead froze over we could have ice races like we did back in Wisconsin (when I raced years ago) lol
